Until April 2 in the central hall of the Palace Astoreca is mounted the photographic exhibition "Perpetual Modules", which is themed Cemetery No. 1 in Iquique. This is a project Fondart 2011 which is a traditional and digital photographic record of the cemetery and architecture by artists Jaime Coronil, Chang and Forero, focusing on the relationship of looks that occur between the visitor and recesses arranged during the journey through the cemetery.
The photographic installation is made up of 40 photographs in black and white with their white modules of 70 x 70 cm. and groupings that account for a large panel of 3 x 7 meters. like a flag in the cemetery with the purposes of establishing links with local residents and tourists who visit the premises of the Palace constantly Astoreca provoking surprise and chance encounter with the artwork, so get cultivating closer the community with current artistic projects.
