The site chosen by the Government and the Board to stage the transfer of the powers of the Guadalquivir in Andalusia is symbolic, Cazorla. In the town where the river, the Environment Minister, Cristina Narbona, Minister of the Presidency and, Gaspar Zarrías, sign the agreement.
The signing of the protocol that allows the change in ownership of the river will be at the Parador de Cazorla, in the Parque Natural de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, near the place where born the Guadalquivir, the Rio Grande, as Muslim baptized.
