A cazorleño "won" the final of the Imagine Cup Spain 2007.
A cazorleño along with two colleagues from the University of Granada have won the final of the Imagine Cup Spain 2007 and from 5 to 11 August are representing Spain in world final that held in Seoul (South Korea), to represent the University of Granada defending Scout project that makes life easier for autistic children and communication problems. The end of the contest has three prizes of 25,000, 15,000 and 10,000 euros to the youth of the UGR will struggle to be brought home. The fourth English edition of the international technology competition organized by Microsoft ended on April 12 in Seville, with the Final where the best English teams presented their projects.
Imagine a world where technology enables access to education for everyone ...
This is the theme of Imagine Cup 2007 competition for university students technology designed to reward innovation inspiration. With great prizes, including participation in the international finals in Korea for the winning team.
Participants were English university students with concerns about the technology and in particular the development of innovative and creative.
The final winner will be presented at the International a project that uses the Visual Studio development environment, Web Services, and fits the theme of this year.
